Installer/Technician

Job duties include: 

  • wireless internet phone service and repair
  • driving to customer locations and installing equipment
  • troubleshooting and repairing existing customer’s equipment
  • documenting the actions through our ticketing system
  • cross training with support specialists

Ideal candidates will: 

  • have a professional presence in customer homes and businesses
  • be comfortable with tools on a ladder, i.e. construction experience
  • have a solid understanding of computer use
  • have networking experience

Customer Support Specialist

Job duties include: 

  • phone support, troubleshooting and service
  • answering incoming support calls
  • troubleshooting service issues
  • documenting the interactions through our ticketing system
  • cross training with field technicians

Ideal candidates will: 

  • be excellent on the phone
  • enjoy helping people
  • find solutions to customer’ technical issues
  • have an understanding of basic computer use
